- Certificate of Good standing/Company Extract from the official company registry of the country the company is based in, not older than 6 months; Must include:

- Name of secretary if any
- Registered address
- Certificate of Incorporate/Registration
- Articles of Association/Memorandum of Incorporation.
- Certificate of Incumbency/Good standing - stating the company's name, date of Incorporation, registered address, names of directors, amount of share capital, names of shareholder/s, name of secretary if any not older than 6 months;
- Board Resolution showing the way of representing the Company by the Directors (if there is more than 1 director);
- Corporate structure graph;
- Bank statement stating the company's name, address, and registration number, not older than 6 months;
- ID card/passport and proof of address (bank statement or utility bill not older than 6 months) for all shareholders with more than 25% ownership;
- ID card/passport and proof of address (bank statement or utility bill not older than 6 months) for all directors of the company;
- Certificate of Incumbency/Good standing - of all legal entities with 10% or more ownership;
- Power of Attorney stating the person(s) authorized to trade on behalf of the company, including each trader's full name, company role, company email, physical address, nationality, ID card (or Passport), and their personal Coinero.es accounts and personal documents of the proxy.
- Copies of Licenses/ Certificates/ Permission/ Approval for performing company business activities, in case the company activity is subject to authorization or licensing.
- Company AML policy (in case the company activity is subject to AML regulation);
- Trust deed or Nominee shareholder agreement (if applicable);
Most documents must be notary certified and/or apostilled. Our compliance team will provide you with more details, based on your jurisdiction and business.
